Are pets welcome?+
On request, selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets, with a one-time cleaning fee added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome kit for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), twice-daily walking, and grooming on request. Cats may travel in carriers; our suites do not include litter facilities — please advise us beforehand.
What ages are admitted?+
Our property welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the character of the resort. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange bookings and transfers between the two estates.
Is the casino open 24/7?+
Our main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play may open earlier or close later by arrangement with your host — overnight private sessions are common on weekends. Membership cards are not required for table play; chips may be purchased and cashed at the cage during all open hours.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce transfers can be arranged when you book, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests pressed for time, our helipad operates from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services may be charged to your suite.
